fairytales: a poetry collection — M.E. Aster
This story isn’t all mine to tell, but it yearns to exist in some form of printed words. Since the more conventional method of narrating is barred to me, I choose to express this tale in a less traditional manner, to weave the events among pretty patterns in the hopes of portraying the emotions I need to share. This is a book about angels and fairies, love and hope, pain and loss, but most of all friendship. I hope you find beauty in this and that you always look for the silver lining in even the unhappiest of endings.
25 Servings of Soop — CeekayTaty
General Fiction – Romance – Mystery
We’ve described 25 Servings of SOOP as a literary wine tasting of up-and-coming talent. This wine tasting has the sweet rosé of “Frank and Lily” by Sian Fullerton balanced by more intense flavors such as “The Storm in His Eyes” by Charmaine Kimbini and “The Unpainted Portrait” by M.D. Jerome. Heartwarming stories are juxtaposed with stories of absolute horror.
Under the Silent Sky — Robert Valletta
A poignant New Adult collection of short stories and poems as a young man struggles with relationships with girls and his parents. He dreams to escape his small hometown and to backpack across Europe. Will he be able to face his fears and uncertainties and take on life’s possibilities?
